Monster weight moved Big Al! Another inch or so on the depth and your good. I liked the little bounce in the hole on the 270, as that is hard to do.

Nice little fluff and buff session. Really pleased with the physique changes I've made this cycle. Now to get some rest in before heavy raw bench on Sunday. 3 weeks out and I'm deliberately digging up my demons now. Fuelling the fire.
