It's a squat suit and as you can see in the video the front (on my back) is cut lower. Wearing it backwards gives me the same pop from the bottoms but having the higher bit on the front keeps me more upright and helps keep my weight behind the bar.

Week 7 - Bench deload

Foam roll for upper back, glutes, hams and hip flexors
Band stretches for lats and shoulders

Bench
Bar x lots
60kgs x 5
90kgs x 5
110kgs x 5
Add slingshot
140kgs x 5
150kgs x 5

Gunzzzzzzzzzzzzzz
Incline tricep extensions with chains
20 reps
25 reps
30 reps

Supersetted with hammer curls
10 double arm and then 10 alternating cross body

Super mini band pushdowns
50 reps

Nice and easy tonight. Experimented with feet forward more on the bench. Felt better for my lower back but I think I need a bit more hip flexibility still to get my feet out wider and be more stable. All presses were easy and got a good pump. I'm putting on some decent size again. Will weigh myself in the morning. Might get some upper back work in on Thursday depending on how I feel. If not I have a big session on Saturday morning with deadlifts in suit bottoms, raw squatting and assistance.

I'm jelly you are deloading with over 3PPS!

If you do upper back Thursday, do you feel it would be recovered enough for pulls on Saturday?

So, what do you look forward to most on Saturday? Raw squats or geared pulls?

Upper back stuff is just bodybuilding really, not heavy so I'll recover in sure.

Wrt to pulls and raw pause squats, JB keeps making me do horrible exercises. They're making me stronger though so I can't complain

I hear ya on that - the only time I like Bench is when I not only set a PR, but with decent form - ie - able to stay tight!
