Seated Cable Rows
Worked up to a moderately heavy 3 x 8

Lat pulldowns
3 x 12

One Legged dumbell GMs
3 x 8 per leg

Incline dumbell skull crushers
2 x 25

Standing Cable abs
2 x 20

Back to the heavy stuff after Xmas.

Decent session. Gear fitted a bit loose after a stressful few days with not enough rest nor food. Felt great to just be at one with the iron again though. Pulled in my bigger Centurion suit on backwards and no straps. Felt good but need to activate glutes and hams to lock out harder; knees were a little soft on some reps.
