Last heavy session and it didn't feel heavy: good times. Had to work pretty hard to fit this in around work but made it happen and I'm glad I did. Can't wait to get home gym sorted!

Rest tomorrow and then benching with Darkside on Saturday trying to actually touch a damned opener
