Super set with hammer curls 12kgs 8 x 8

Lat pulldowns 8 plates for 5 sets of 10

Super set with lateral raises with 8kgs for 5 sets of 10

Going to be a difficult week for training. Mrs Al is training tomorrow so I will be squatting heavy on Weds and then benching heavy on Thurs. I thought about dropping volume or going lighter but I feel really healthy and next week we should be moving house so that will be a deload/no load. WWJBD? He'd do the work

Make sure you are reasonably rested for the move as I would hate to see an injury happen, as moves often put the body in odd positions as you need to get furniture and such around corners and up stairs, etc.

Definitely a brutal few weeks for you coming up.

Thanks Jim. We should be moving on Thursday next week so I will pull on Sunday and then do a light deload style session for squat and bench together on Tuesday before ramping back up afterwards.

Decent session. Didn't want to go too heavy just feel some weight in briefs and try to hit depth. Need to work on upper back tightness as the cambered bar was killing me. Got relatively deep on the 230 set though so pleased with that.

Back in tonight and going to hit reverse band bench again. Trying to actually touch this week!

Thanks man. Yeah that bar had me all over the place. Just had to roll and stretch my upper back at lunch it was so sore. Will need some deep heat before benching tonight!
