Decent session tonight. My forearm has been hurting since squats so didn't push the raw work too much. It still hurt in the shirt but not as much as I was working off the 2 board. I also brought my grip in slightly which helped my technique as I can tuck my elbows better.

Got in a fair bit of assistance after pressing and very little of it hurt the forearm which was good. The banded dip variation is awesome. Just loop it over the handles and behind your neck. Way nicer on the joints than adding plates.

Need to work with JB to continue to work heavy in the gear without wrecking myself but I'm sure we'll get there.
