Did a lot of stretching at home last night so just did a light roll at gym today

Decent session today. Still working on getting my form consistently in the right place but it still think this is the best my sumo has ever looked. Hook grip hurt like crazy on the first triple but I knew it would. Still need to keep my head position consistent. When I look up, ,u back is flatter and I pull better. Did a good job of correcting this mid-set but need to make sure rep 1 is on the money. I have finally made some progress on my hip mobility as well and can now get my knees out a bit better and get my nuts slightly closer to the bar. All good things.

Loving that the power shrugs are now back in. This was the session that I tried as a sample before the cycle and I'm pleased to day that it felt much easier today. Edging ever closer to that elusive deadlift PB.
