I find it easier to rack or catch the bar on a clean if I do a full clean. Just a matter of practice as well. Do you have bumper plates there? Dropping the bar after the lift is the funnest part

For work always pays off. Good job on that front, along with speed!

Thanks guys. Just a light (raw) squat tonight as I am off to Windsor to squat with the Darkside Barbell guys out of there monolift on Sunday. Excited to see what I can lift when I don't have to contend with my clumsy a$$ falling over

Tonight's plan is to box squat off a low box, raw against chains for speed sets. Going to try to superset that with sled pulls as well. Following that with RDLs and leg press, leg curls and abs.

Sunday I'm hoping to hit a big PB on equipped squat.

Decent session tonight. Squatting heavy on Sunday with Darkside so left the gear off and did some speed work. The reps were still hard with the short rest. Also used a wider stance and really hit the hips hard. Overall speed was good. Did sled pulls inbetween to improve conditioning and to make sure I kept the weights lower on squats. Need to bring RDLs back but form was a lot better than when I did them last year and was only 20kgs down on all time PB so that will do. Finished with leg press. Was going to do three sets on leg press but repped out the second set instead. Overall a decent deload session and plenty in the tank for Friday's shirt work and Sunday's squats.
