Default New Training Log

Now that ive had time to be with family and prioritize a few things, time to get back focused on the next goal.

Couple things...

Will be push pull for a while, i still train my squats just been having some serious flare ups from the spider bite.

I got bit again by another spider two days after the meet last month, so ive been dealing with that and trying to keep my family safe...lol

Glad to be able to refocus...
