A BIG "Thank You" to all my friends her on MaB. You continue to be a great source of motivation for my son and I. Sorry the last week has been so sparse with my activity, but thankfully the Hell Week is over and I can get back to a regular schedule. Because of my son now entering football season, our workouts have changed slightly. Therefore I started a new journal. I hope you'll join me in there and continue your fantastic support. We need it.
