That shocks me a little. I thought the parents screaming at the refs and at the coaches about playing time were the worst. I've seen some parents hire personal trainers for their kids, but supplements too, and punishments? Now I see it might going to a whole new level. That's sad.

Living vicariously is one thing, but I wonder if their are parents doing this to cash in one day if their kids hits the lottery and goes pro? Now that would really be sad.

Oh, and nice work OR. Just did some hills today. Ugggg. I feel a little of your pain and I only did 3.

I guess anymore it doesn't really surprise me. Parents want their kids to succeed and make it in the "Big Leagues" so they will do what ever they have to to get them to that level. Lets burn 'em out before the mature so they amount to nothing later on! Yeah!

Thanks for all the replies and conversation everybody. Last night the guy was telling the coaches all the things he saw wrong in practice, The guy is a piece of work to be sure.

Squat day today, not sure yet how I'm going to approach it yet; game time decision. I am scheduled to hit 390 lbs, but if that feels good I'll go for the 400 lbs. If not, I'll let it come to me when the time is right. I want goal #2 this week but not at the cost of derailing the train. We will see how it goes. . .

Cheers to hoping your CNS will co-operate today for at least the 390. 390 brings back some recent memories, as 390X3 is the last squat I did before all hell broke loose on me last Fall. Repping 390-405 sure is a good reason to happy dance tho!
