1x5@245 - let bar really sink into board after someone corrected me. Previous lifts weren't touch and go, but I didn't let sink as much. Actually felt easier letting it sink further.

Just wasn't feeling it after this. Was supposed to do more accessory work, but I had already been dicking around for 2+ hours at this point and just needed to go home. I was sick starting on Wednesday after the squat, and just started feeling better this morning. Talking to Byrd, I am just going to repeat the whole week over, then do week 4 followed by a deloadish week. School is really kicking my ass now that I am nearing the end of the semester. Will be excited to have 5 weeks off and do nothing but eat, and lift.
