Default Heartburn

Lately I have been getting some intense heartburn. Not sure if it is from what I am eating or what. I have been adding a lot of onions and peppers to my diet, so I assume this is what is causing it. I wake up with it like 3 to 4 days a week. I am going to the doctor if it continues, any remedies that anyone can give me while I wait?

Do go to the doc incase it is more serious. If you are overweight, lose some weight. If you smoke, don't. If you are going to eat spicy foods, then take an acid blocker.

I feel you need to get to the doc. It could be heartburn but maybe an ulcer as well or maybe you need your gall bladder out. If it is happening this much you should have it looked at.

Go to the doc. Have these foods always bothered you before? Or is it just starting. I would say that your doc would be able to tell you more. Maybe it is not the spicy food but something like H Pylori. I had that once and it was awful pain that felt like heartburn but it was not.

Get to the doctor. This is nothing to mess around with. Heartburn it could be but it could be another issue. Maybe you need to be on meds for it for a while to help to control it.

Do you eat kind of close to bed time? I used to have that problem. I've lost some weight too and I don't seem to have heartburn or acid reflux at all.
