Dropping the psyllium husk to only as needed and not every day - I think it's causing serious bloating and water retention.

Probably should have had 4k after the heavy duty deadlifts but whatever. I'll be travelling from Thur-Sun, so I'm planning to keep each day ULC but not limiting my calories.

4/25: Progress Pic day
Morning Weight: 172.4lbs -> +0.2lbs over last week
Waist: 31.75 -> +0.25in over last week

Thoughts: not sure why weight stayed nearly the same but waist size increased. Could be water retention/bloating. Gonna keep cals to 3750-4k on lift days and 2500 on off days


EDIT: Just found out I have low free test, so this could explain A LOT. stay tuned

Sorry for not updating. I was traveling and didnt lift so I kept carbs as low as I could (minus beer lol). Lots of chicken wings

4/28: bench, cbl day
Not sure of this mornings weight

Fat: 150 -> little higher than usual on backload days
Carbs: 415
Protein: 208

Squat and/or Olympic lifts tomorrow

5/1: Bench, Regular CBL
Calories: ~3750? - the lady friend cooked homemade chicken parmesan and wheat penne and broccoli - probably the least high GI backload I've ever had lol
Added some BCAAs, a cookie, and slice of cake to increase the carb content.
Carbs: lower than usual
Protein: much much higher than usual

Gonna dial back to around 3600-3700cals again as 3800-4k was a little much and I woke up feeling soft
