Default havent lifted in 4 days, still eat a calorie surplus ?

Im just wonder should i still eat at a calorie surplus if i havent trained in 4 days, dont want to gain fat if my muscle dont need that extra food?

some advice would be appreciated please

Welcome to the forum.

If you're trying to build muscle then you don't want to jump to a calorie deficit. Your body is probably still building. 4 days isn't a long time away from the iron.

You're not going to get fat from eating a few extra calories per day in either case.

Yeah, I was about to say the same as Steve did, 4 days really isn't any time at all...and the body does not slow that quickly, contrary to what some people believe.
