Thank you everyone! Had a fantastic time, learned a fair amount, and lifted more than I thought I could. I truly appreciate the support and the help from the MAB crew. A huge thank you to BtB, I couldn't have done this without your help.

I'll have videos up soon. It all looks so easy on video

Squats.

Form on squats looked great. A little good morning on that PR but that happens occasionally. That's a surefire sign you were pushing things. You will easily be hitting 400 very soon. Depth continues to impress.

I predict 475 by year's end.

Bench Press

Lock out on that 260 was very strong. That's another good sign.

Once you improve your tightness, 300 will fall easily.

Deadlifts

A big hell yes. That's the way to finish. Your deadlift form excites me in a sick way. You're going to be pulling 700 before you know it.

Great work all around. Having said that my reaction when i saw your deadlift: "Holy f'n s**t i can't believe he nailed that!" I mean that in a good way. You are a deadlift phenom.

I am not a powerlifter nor am I a bodybuilder. I just want to be big and strong.
