Personal tips that I've learned along my still short journey:

Leave your ego at the door.
Prepare. Showing up dehydrated, hungry, and tired will guarantee failure.
Be ready to fight for that grinder of a PR.
Listen and learn. Absorb everything you can, and assimilate that knowledge.

Squat: 415lbs
Deads: 440lbs
Bench: 315lbs

Best of luck Hunter; I know you'll do well. We're not a million miles apart in terms of size and strength though you are certainly a good bit ahead Let's hope the 2 of us get to where we want by the end of the year and beyond

My chest was toast, back was tired, and arms were rubber....so my dismount was, umm, hahhaaa well you'll see it!

I've upped my cals from 1800-1900 to 2200 a day. Day one of bulk I got a little crazy and was super hungry so I ate! 2600cals! Day 2 perfect, 2200cals.
Got up this morning down 2lbs, lol
