Thanks fellas
Ravi JB's kick would put me in the next state he'd probably be willing to give me frequent flyer miles.

Deads
Highest set
445-7 reps slowed so I stopped maybe a 6.5 RPE

Low pulls Vbar
work set
210-10, 10, 10

Form was off today on Pulls. Still not fully recovered from squatting, think that 20+ rep set had something to do it.
Took a vid will see how long it says to upload if not 3hrs will post it up later.

All I see in that video is hips high pulling sumo, .

No doubt that little tweak made a definite difference in quad annihilation.
Was going to put f-squats in with deads, not happening today.
Thanks JD

I know your just looking on the bright side JD.
We both know that great form and technique is a platform for power, my point was this pull day was a waste.
Looking forward to the next session.

Thanks Ravi, trying force weakness to leave my body, this was one small step.
Have my sights set on 600lb sumo pull, have a lot of work ahead of me.

I hear ya.

I seem to be having a see-saw effect lately. One workout is crap and the next is killer.

It was an eventful summer! we are all probably due for a break or some extra recovery...
