Its not the programs fault its mine. Got too greedy call it ego whatever I just want more and am willing to push beyond my recovery abilities.
I read the cube believe it will work just don't like the thought of jumping program's. WS gave me a big jump in a short time frame I just got in the way. Might be a smart move to switch bc I definetely can see myself doing this all over again using WS. Its just too easy to put more weight on the bar especially when the plan calls for ME/singles twice a week.
Can tell its going to be at least two more weeks before I can squat so might just piece together something till the hip is better then reassess what's the best path for me.

Thanks for your input JD always nice conversing with you.

Hey, as long as you know where there are issues and stay motivated. For a serious lifter, inadequate recovery is often to blame.

Programming is not my area of expertise, but maybe a few weeks of just funning around would give your hip time to recover and give you time to think about it...you will naturally be excited to return to WS if it is what's best for you.

Enjoyed the workout today 5,3,1 w/ a little bb thrown in. Ridiculous Pump.
My old straps are near death and the older inzer wraps are the 2 meter so ordered 2.5 Picked up a lever belt too, sick of messing with the 13mm prong belt. That's some of the new stuff ordered, can't wait till the hip is a GO. Looking at the slingshot and its competitors versions not sure which to get. Literature on the subject points to the S-Ram, still undecided if that is too much for my 330ish raw bench.

Pumptastic work OMP ... nice last killer set ... I don't think one need sling-shot or similar apparatus untill and unless the raw bench is around 375+. But it is a must if your shoulder is troubling you ... keep going OMP ...

Indeed check my new score off CL at the end of the 4" block pulls. Striped it added some new paint can't wait to start using it.

Thanks man. Yeah considering I'm benching with a small labrum tear it might be a smart addition to the training arsenal.

Hip was ok till the last two sets of the full pulls, nothing bad just lets me know its messed up. This will have to be my leg training until hip is ready, actually like pulling so I'm enjoying the new focus.
