if you're hurting and deflated it's no benefit to grind yourself down....

you will lose nothing if you recovery, just adjust your food for decreased activity.

Those were some really nice pulls. But I have to agree with jdmalm, a break might be needed. But don't sit on your butt, go out and get in some good conditioning!!! Lighten the weights, build back up, and pull a damn sled

I'm kinda going through the same thing right now. Just feel beat up, worn out and unmotivated. I'm taking next week off from anything heavy and to just heal up. It might be time for you, too.
