Thanks Tann – believe it or not , you aren’t the first person to call me that….
Just doing my best to get back up to a 195kg squat which is my PR from last year…taking longer than I thought it would

Feeling pretty sick ,so no squats today which is really annoying,
Would have went in anyway except I am dizzy; so probably not the best idea to put approx 95% of my starting 1 Rep max on my back for some triples!

Plan will be to see how I am tomorrow and attack those 160kg * 3 for 10 sets before a test day on Friday.
May even have to push the text to next Monday … we will see!
