Did some conditioning tonight.
Recording it because I want to start beating myself.

Farmer walk 95 db's
1length x2
2 length
3 length
4 length
5 length

Abdominal work
Triset
Side bends 60x8
Leg raises 10
Cable ab curl 150x14

Side bends 60x10
Leg raises 10
Cable ab curl 150x?

And all the while doing a bicep curl session CT Fletcher style.

Finished with some treadmill hill sprints.

Nice. CT Curls too. It's still yo MF'ing set!

Good work.

How do you keep the DBs from banging on your legs on those Farmers? I'm thinking of rigging up a frame to keep them out a little wider and making it easier to walk without hitting them on every step.
