Its been an awesome week filled with PRs. I am extremely happy. Diet has been mostly eggs, chicken, sweet potatoes, and oats @ a little above maintenance so looks like I'm doing things right. Plan for next week is to take it easy, go hard on my 531 1 lifts and cut volume a bit.
