I'm the same when I bench 2X per week a bit too heavy - there is a fine line. I have to make sure I keep it light on the one day or else!

Really smashed that CGBP goal tho!

Add straps for top set 395x3+
395x7 almost a PR
6th went up pretty slow and steady, 7 was a grinder but a slow smooth one.

Sumo deadlifts
395x6 singles, easy ones

Kroc Rows
95x30 PR!!

Low cable rows
90x8 135x8/8/8/8

Narrow grip lat pulldown
90x8 140x8 felt terrible and awkward.
