Pretty awful training today. I don't know if doing nothing and recovering would have been better. Its all good though, part of life and the process. Err rather life sometimes interferes with the lifting process.

Looks pretty good, considering it was "one of those days". Yep, they do happen. But you still ripped out some good reps, at decent weights.

Might not've been what you were aiming for, but I believe it's better to train @ ~50-60% energy (or whatever it is that determines capacity) than not at all.

So, well done.

it appears so but I have yet to master pulling more than 1 sumo rep at a time.
