325x6 PR with lowbar form

225x8 185x11 Wanted to do a 20 repper but my ego got the best of me, also the 325 set took a lot out of me.

Calf raise routine
345x8/8/8/8/8 (no deadlifting just rack pull into place)

BB Glute Bridge
185x11/8
