Exciting day for me!
So I said I had big news for deload week, well FUCK DELOAD WEEK!

Cycle 3 week 1

Lowbar squats.
I basically started from scratch and learned squats from starting strength.

Bar 3 sets 95x5 135x5 170x5 205x3 220x5 255x5 290x5+
290x10

I really like this form. Hurt like hell on my back since I'm not used to it.

205x3 warmup

290x10

Good morning
(Narrow wide narrow wide)
135 10/10/10/10

Squat
145x10 wanted 20 but hamstrings were wrecked at this point.

Calf raise routine
335x8/8/8/8/8

That 290x10 was awesome to watch, you really killed it. Depth was awesome, I paused the vid a couple times at the bottom and it looked atg. Good stuff for just starting on low bar squats. This is my kinda deload session.

Can't believe my depth either. Dive bombed some, grinded a couple, I think I have a whole lot of progression coming with this form.

Well done on burying them Fen!. Really solid effort that shows you wanted it bad. I would suggest tho keeping your head stable looking forward tho.
