Those were Big Hardhat's Chris!! Giant(er) quads are now under construction!

I cannot do single leg GM's either - I dunno where JB finds the co-ordination for them lol

Whole session was like-ish a squat-a-thon, right up your alley.

Honestly barbell strict press does not bother it at all. Pretty much anything besides deadlift and press hurts me for days. Really depressing. I see someone tomorrow. Thanks for asking.

Hope you get a handle on it from this new appointment. It's easy to get down when you can't do what you know your capable of. Try to stay positive and if deadlifting doesn't hurt I suggest doing it more and building it up like the animal you are.
