MRI results are in. No tears, and all tendons attached, just bad tendonitis and bursitis. He can put a cortisone shot in the bad area in a few months. In the meantime I need physical therapy. I can do anything I want to in the gym, just let pain be my guide. No medication, no time off, and I have to live with constant pain until it gets better. If If it worsens after months he can do minor surgery to clean the area up.

Yup good news. Sucks that I'll just be in pain, but oh well. People live with worse. I can tell in one rep what movements I can't do. Fluff and buff day today. I'll post lifts shortly.
