I really don't see what you guys are talking about. I lifted some heavy weight got real sore and now I'm going to go pick up more heavy weight. The hiit sprints I do deliver tons of blood flow and now I feel great. Deadlifts in ~5 hours.

I go through stages where I just cant lift enough either....when that happens, I just go with it. My body tells me when to slack off. I certainly cant do it all the time, but I kill it when Im able.....

The iron is there during my times of happiness, sadness and anger. The iron is there available through the 4 seasons and inclement weather. The iron is there to either comfort me or motivate me. The Iron manages to show me how strong I am or how humble I need to be. The iron does not yell, but it always demands respect. The iron is not a disciplinarian, but when disrespected, I feel it for a long time. The iron does not love or hate, but we definitely share a strong bond. And no matter how far I stay away or for how long, the iron is there, waiting to be lifted.

Incredible pulling power Chris!

Just a note - After being coached by JB now for some time, I now realize the importance of deloads, even after only 3-4 weeks. I remember a thread here awhile ago where most guys were criticizing the deload frequency in 531. I kinda adopted that feeling, and trended towards deloading alot less, and I feel I paid the price in the long run. Since being with JB, my lifts have of course progressed by leaps and bounds, and I feel the timely deloads were a big factor.

It seems alot of guys here are also trending towards less and less deloads, whereas the strongest member deloads every 3-4 weeks. Just something to think about.

I just had a noload. So I'm good till after the meet. What is your frequency though? A deload can be done many ways. Reduction in volume, intensity, weight, or training frequency. I am not against a deload, and will probably start doing one.
