Grand idea to go back with what obviously worked great for you. having familiarity with it now will also be a bonus. Hope the megafood on the boat serves you well!

Rows are really fine there. if the boat loses its engines you might be called upon to do some real rowing lol.

Your squatting and deadlifting are superb. With all the strong deads, fronties and rows you are doing, you are building one helluva base for your bench. Bench will come around. Just like Mike said, one day it will just click.
