Got a deload squat session in today. Probably to soon after doing above on Saturday. Oh well. Wife was training and I got jealous. Then we shared a protein shake and 21 wings. I love her alot.

First of all let's get this out of the way. I will not be competing in the Mar 22. RPS meet because reasons. Having done this push pull unsanctioned meet I have at least got my first meet out of the way and it was awesome It looks like I will be doing a meet in May however. So I am going to train my Ass off for that. Goal of 1400. 500/300/600

Today's training goal volume.

Strict Press
50x10/20 80x10 100x10/10/10/10/10

Pullups 1/2
Lat pull downs
90x10/15/10/10/10/10

BTNP
Seated 65x18/10
Standing 45x16/10

Preacher curls and hammer curls.
