No training or supps for a week.
5/3/1 and carb back-loading when I return. I know it seems like I'm copying linedriver but i just happen to be doing what he's doing after he did it first lulz.

Called it a day. Not to happy with my performance but I feel I will gain strength and get lots more reps very quickly.
