Copied one more plate for the deadlift scheme. Yes setting up every minute took from 10-25 seconds and was pretty rough.

That style also reminds me a lot of one of Steve's programs, that I was doing for a while. Or one part of the program, anyway - the "semi-rest-pause" deadlift part.

Either way, looks brutal! Nice work, mate. I like how, when left to your own devices, you don't let yourself off the hook at all.

DB bench press neutral grip
45x8 55x8 65x8 75x8 90x5 70x7 50x10 30x20

Pendlay row
135x8 185x5/8/8/8

Slight incline smith machine bench press
100x12 120x12 140x12 160x7

Some curls and a set of 8 chin ups.

My chest hurts more than it has in a long time. The neutral db press really increases bottom end ROM.
