Thanks everybody. Yes I got some sleep. Turns out I had 400 mg. Caffeine too close to bedtime on Tuesday. Gotta watch double scooping some preworkouts. I actually feel pretty good today considering Mon-Wed. destruction. Going to train chest and back and then 2 more rest and eat days.
