Good work Fen. Got some left in you too.

Hips are real high when your pulling. The are flying up a bit after you pull because you are starting at a bad leverage position. Sorry to log bomb but I wanted to give you the head's up.

I've known something has been "off" for about a month now. Strength output hasn't been matching the weight moved IMO. Thanks btb. Respect.

Hope it helps. If your feet are deep under the bar, try pulling them back 2 inches and sitting down a bit more. This might not fix the issue but it's worth a shot.
