That 435, probably due to being monstrously heavy , did look pretty difficult, yeah, but even so, it'd easily pass in any frickin' fed in the world, by a mile. IMO anyway.

In other words, a very convincing PR. Well done.

Great part about low bar is that depth is really easy. Thanks for that. I really want to compete. I actually checked the rest of the year here in Ohio but every event clashed with my stupid work schedule of working every other weekend paired with 2 weeks of days and 2 weeks of nights swing shifts. Next year I'm saving vacation for meets.

OK so yesterday I felt like total dog shit.

Went to bed at 8 slept till 11 pm, woke up and then spent the rest of 5 hours trying to sleep, then getting up and going to work for 12 hours. So yes 3 solid hours of sleep with maybe an hour total of in and out of sleep. Sucked! So anyway I was supposed to train and I had this new Purus Condense and Dpol, so I trained anyway!!! The condense dpol combo made me feel awesome!

Congratz on the big PR of 170 - especially on getting it after a miss. I can appreciate how heavy it is as it is also my current PR.

I knew something was going to be off as my lower back was sore on the sides before I did anything. Deadlift PR remains 475.
