Dang it anyway, you and Rando are making it extremely difficult for me to even keep pace with ya'll.

You rocked it. The 415 looked like child's play. 435 was pure heart and soul and 100% effort. Way to muscle it up. Congratz on the huuuuuuge PR.

Thanks man. Juggernaut method is lower percentage and high volume so no more big weights if I do it. I'll miss lifting heavy and it will suck watching everyone else put up big numbers. Oh well I truly believe in moderate heavy high volume for growth.
