Sick, I've been taking 4 scoops of bio gro per day for about 8 days or so. Logging it, seems legit so far. Supposed to really get in the groove after a week, so I'm excited to see it in action. Grats on the win bro.

Helluva lot of volume work with all those rows Chris!! 25 reps would make me wanna hurl for sure. DB rows are the only rows that make me feel that way.
