no joker set couldn't get it up

Push press

FSL
115x8/7/6

All pressing supersetted with fat man pull ups and underhand lat pulldowns
Pull ups total of 10

Yep, lowering the max might be the way to go. Strict press can be a bitchy lift, and no mistake.

Still, solid session anyway. Got some good work done there.

Agree with the thought on the press, mine feels the same way. Something must be in the water.
