You just proved that even though our everyday lives are busy as a bee, there is always a way o get some training done. 72 hours of work blows me away. Your an amazing person and lifter Fen.

Lying triceps extension

Experimenting with bench press form. Elbow travel and foot placement. Not big weight or reps, but probably the highest volume and most pain free bench press session I've had in ages.

Pain-free benching is worth however many sessions it takes. Been there once (pain-inducing benching) and don't particularly want to to back there if I can help it.

Wise move, IMO. Hope you've found your groove with it, and can get back up to speed ASAP.
