Thanks Jay, yeah really wanted that 1600+ this meet but what I got was a lesson that I won't ever forget...to be better conditioned in the event of a short flight. I was pretty gassed by my third attempt on deadlift.

Yea my conditioning along with my head have me taking long ass breaks between lifts! And I'm not doing half what you are ! Still a great meet, and the new training has begun and I know your going to smash 1600+ this time!!!
