Thanks, I will get more regular updates starting at the end of the week As I will be home and in a normal schedule.

Found out the bar was 60lbs so with the chains it was about 800 at the top lol. Not bad for a guy who hasnt been able to lift for 4 months
So how much do the chains weigh and where'd you get them?

Gave me just the right pick me up! On four hrs of sleep was still able to hit some 700+ squats (counting chains) for the first time since my surgery. I got to admit that I really like Juggernant so far, and will be buying some when this runs out. Best preworkout I have tried so far.
Love CHAIN work. Just the sound alone fuels me. Glad to hear Jugg HP is treating you well.

I was training with a group down in florida, I was told it was 280lbs total of chain. They had several in there hooked together. You can order them online, or can shop around at local junk yards and things like that. I actually bought a few sets from a harber freight here in town.

It has hit the spot for me for sure. I am a school teacher, so my brain is worn out by the time I get to the gym. Really helps me refocus.

As I had said before I was worn out by the time I got to the gym. Got changed, mixed in two scoops of Juggernaut and started to warm up. By the time I got done stretching and doing my rehab It had kicked in. I did several bench sets, and worked up to 175x10 then 185x10 off the 2board. I know that doesnt sound like much, but it was 1 day short of 16 weeks post peck tendon reattachment! Training is on the right track, and there is no doubt I plan on continuing to run Juggernaut as a preworkout!

Way to be man! I know what you mean, I sit infront of a computer all day and by the end of the day my brain is fried most days. Evening workouts with Juggernaut really do make the difference!
