Default Soda kick

Do you ever get in a kick for soda? Right now I am so craving a Dr. Pepper. Yesterday I had two. I am not giving in right now but man it sounds so good. Here is to a big glass of water

I usually crave tomatoes but I'm okay with that; never really craved pop/soda, just enjoy one when I fancy one.

Are you cutting back or trying to cut the soda out? Could be the cause of the craving.

I like soda but do not have to have it all the time. I would suggest not having it in the house if you can. THen you will not be tempted to see it daily.

I was a Dt Dew drinker during the summer, 2 a day, maybe even 3. I switched to green tea, crystal light and even coffee. Every once in a while I still crave a Dt Dew, its a hard habit to kick!

I am working on getting away from artificial sweetener, so I've been doing iced tea & coffee in lieu of diet soda to meet caffeine requirements for about a month now and I feel great!

I drink anything except soda on most days. Lots of water, a few tall glasses of milk, oj, crystal light and coffee.

Oh yeah. I usually have a Diet Soda on the weekends when I eat out. Other than that, thats pretty much the only time I have Soda anymore. Its water flavored with some Mio or Crystal Light mostly.
