Comments
DLs were making me light headed. I think being at sea level for 8 or so days affected me slightly. Strength was good but I was nearly blacking out after each set. Should be back to normal shortly.

Comments
Felt some slight dizziness on the top DL sets, but much milder than last week and I got all my sets. Strength-wise, I felt I could have pulled the 315 that I had pulled over 3 weeks ago. I should be normal by next week.

Going light with the pressing for a while and focusing more on back and lower body. Still, the workout felt fairly easy.

Work schedule should be fairly stable until spring. In the truck Mon/Wed/Sat and Ops on Tue, Thu, Fri. Decided to go back to a 3-day set up as it works best for me. I can also ensure 3 solid rest days per week, which is good for my recovery.

thanks. trying to do more with less. The pull ups prime the lats for the heavy pulls and counter my tight anterior delts.
