Felt good, even after 8 hours of pulling wet carpet, padding and furniture.

Performance improved with sets, a good sign.

Mace swing is less awkward...push then pull. Now I just need a stronger grip.

Sorry I'm only logging in my own journal. If I'm not working 13 hour days, then I'm in bed fighting a fever.
It's taking full focus to end the day with a workout.
The upside is: if i wasn't sick or overworked, then the vacation would have shown to be a huge investment in recovery.

It seems like my CGBP is close to my regular bench when they are spread over separate workouts.

Would have done more if my energy wasn't so low.

The kid's doing great. Showing up and working hard.

Glad to see some work happening in here JD! Sorry to her you're still fighting illness? I find that my CG is pretty darned close to my flat bench as well, around 92% lol.

Hope you kick the fever soon. Nice work lately. I'm with KD, when I push my CG, it's pretty close to my bench.

Good to hear you had no trouble with the floods. The news of it has been shocking.
