Thanks, KD!

Without the beard, it's not even worth showing up!

Ha! As if she's even allowed in the gym/garage!

We have a 3 bedroom apartment...I have a dresser, night stand and a small computer desk...the rest of the space is hers! I get the frickin' garage!

Just gotta put the truck box back in the pickup and assemble the teeter hangup (that I got for free, new in the box!) and there will be a path for the tire!

Cool looking session.

My wife isn't allowed in the man cave either, well she is actually allowed in but isn't allowed to mess with anything in there. Sometimes I'll come home and find it cleaned up and I'm not sure if I should thank her or yell at her. I just pretend I didn't notice

Luck favors the prepared!

Thanks, it may look like a lot but it was quite simple.

So, I didn't get my workout in yesterday. Had to work when I'm usually off and it was a 12+ hour day. Came home wiped out and forearms cramping! lol

Was mentally ready to lift, but didn't want to injure myself.

Had a shorter/lighter day today so I will make up the session in a little while.

Comments
Halved the warm up reps.

Squats: Took 5 reps for 135 to feel right and the other sets felt heavy.
Low back was a little fried from working yesterday and this morning.

Pendlay Row: Opposite of last week. Went in thinking 235x1 would be easy after 235x3 last week.
Held at 215, which felt heavy as it was. Was originally going to do 185x5x3, but I think I spent all my credits on getting the squats done.

DB tricep extensions: Got 40x12. Made me feel better after missing the Pendlay goal.

Dips: Planned 2 sets of 12 and overshot before I realized. That's good.

Injuries: Nothing felt particularly tight, sore or injured. Just fatigue in the low back or overall.

Several changes in my routine this last week probably had an impact. I'm not worried about it.

Don't stress, you're probably just tired. I'm seeing it in a few journals like yours; guys that do a lot of accessory work.

You are probably right about fatigue.

I'm not sure the accessory work is an issue... Yet!

I can always reduce or eliminate it to focus on the pure strength moves.

However, warm up and mobility are key so I can't totally eliminate that portion. At least, not for very long.

In this case it was probably the 12+ hours of GPP under the sun the day before!

Thanks! It feels good to be able to work hard despite the fatigue.

Before this year, the issue was staying motivated and focused. I feel like that's in the bag now. Only have to work around my recovery limits... but I guess you know all about that!
