Worked a 12.5 hour day and worked out @ 10pm so, shortened the warm up and workout a little. Everything else advanced.

Squats finally felt real. Handled them fine, just actually felt weight on my shoulders for the first time with the 255. Almost didn't do a 135 drop set due to the day, but got at least one in.

Pendlays still surprise me...minimal warm up and they're good. There was the tiniest bit of english on the 205 and 215, but I pulled bar to touch belly and maybe moved my torso 2 inches from start position. It was powerful but still controlled, not sloppy.

Got one more rep than last time on the DB tricep extensions. That's still progress! Reps 6-9 weren't as hard as last time either.

Still really pleased that I got the WO in. On my 1 hour drive home I was flip-flopping whether I would train or not..."We'll see how I feel" then "EFF that, I'm lifting!"
