Almost back! Have been moving since 4/20...short story = road trip and temp places until my new apartment is ready 5/25....will have moved "8" times in 5 weeks by then!

Thanks for checking in JD. Sounds like a hell of a headache with work and moving will make the new apartment much sweeter.

Diet, stress and sleep have been poor for several weeks and training was just enough to get by but not very good.

I can feel the extra work hours and the limited recovery taking their toll, but in 2 weeks things should be 100% better.

Anyone want to help move furniture for Labor Day weekend?
