So busy!

12-hour day, boss, crew, wife, dog!

Thought about this last week and it seemed a good time to try it...
Going to break my current moves into 5 sessions with single focus...

Good timing too, would never have completed the usual workout tonight, but just doing DLs felt good.

Warm up
Trap Bar DL - 165x10
Chin up - BWx5
Suitcase DL - 135x3/side
Pull up - BWx5
...arms...fatigued!

Dead Lift
215x3
235x3
255x3
275x1
295x1 +10 ...bigger jumps...less reps/sets

RDL
135x8 ...going to add volume slowly

DB Shrug/High Pull combo
20x12 ...tried bilateral and unilateral...better unilateral

Great work JD! Smart plan with all the stuff you got going on! Although you could shorten that 35 min warmup , jk! Keep smashing bud!!!

I would say extra work/stress lately is causing the lower energy, which, in turn, was affecting the workouts a bit.
